“Interventional radiology is a unique field in that is offers minimally invasive alternatives to otherwise open and invasive surgeries. I enjoy seeing my patients benefit from shorter healing times as well as fewer complications compared to traditional open surgery.
I hope to give my patients an early diagnosis and the opportunity to choose a treatment alternative that may be a better fit for them.”
In his free time, Dr. Gunasekaran enjoys travelling, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
